It's really really noticeable, the change. As soon as I get up, I put a couple of drops under my tongue and I just feel really balanced all day. Food wise, I'm not having any cravings. I'm able to eat dinner and then go to sleep a few hours later without having to have a snack before I go to bed. Usually I need a snack before I go to bed to balance my blood sugars and I would wake up in the night feeling hungry, and it's a hunger that you can't get to sleep without eating something because your levels were out and that's all changed! Ive slept for the past three nights, right through the night. It's amazing! Thank you!
