I started taking this as part of a trial as I suffer with fibromyalgia, all over body pain and fatigue and have other issues with anxiety and brain fog. After around 4/5 days I noticed that I was waking up feeling less fatigued and mind was clearer. My pains were also no where as bad as they had been.
